PNW Transcription Services' rates will begin at a minimum of 10-minute recordings,
with 10-minute increments thereafter. Please see below.

Rates will begin at a minimum of 10-minute recordings.
$1.50 per recorded minute will be added for each additional minute for up to 2 speakers.
$1.75 per recorded minute will be added for each additional minute for 3 speakers.
$2.00 per recorded minute will be added for each additional minute for 4+speakers.

$0.50 per recorded minute will be added to the final cost for "difficult" recordings for up to 3 speakers. $0.75 per recorded minute will be added to the final cost for "difficult" recordings involving four (4) or more speakers.

Recordings that require an interpreter, will be charged at a minimum rate of $60.00 for the first 10 minutes and $2.50 per recorded minute thereafter, regardless of the number of speakers.

All rates include audio recordings. There will be no additional cost for video recordings.

All prices include a seven (7) day turnaround. You must specify if you would like a quicker turnaround time.

Use of PNW Transcription Services is completely pay-as-you-go. There are no fixed costs of any kind for
using our service. You are only charged for work transcribed. There are no subscription charges, and no minimum monthly usage fees. This allows you to easily estimate expenses and budgets and reinforces
PNW Transcription Services as your cost-effective solution for dictation.

Please note that the service tax rate will be added to the final cost of the dictation (if applicable).

Clients will be billed immediately upon return of a dictation. Invoices will be sent via email.
Payment is due within 30 days from the date the completed dictation is returned (unless prior arrangements have been discussed). On the 31st day, there will be a $5.00 charge added to the final cost of that dictation. Every day thereafter, the dollar amount will go up one additional dollar, and will be added to the final cost.

We use PayPal to safely and securely accept payments. This allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: A bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards. You will receive the PayPal invoice via email.

We also accept checks.

Difficult audio/video recordings: Poor audio quality such as static, significant background noise,
multiple speakers talking at the same time, heavy accents, whispering, voices that are difficult to understand, etc.,
will require additional time and effort, therefore, we will charge extra fees to process them.
We will try to inform you beforehand if we face any problem and obtain your permission on whether
or not to proceed with your transcription.
